Set limits for losses, time and logins
At your first login, a monthly net loss limit is set. You can also set a daily playing-time limit and a daily login limit.
Lower limits take effect immediately. An increase takes effect after 24 hours. Once a limit is reached, you can only continue playing after the next reset.
Playing-time and login limits reset daily at 00.00, while the monthly net loss limit resets on the 25th of each month at 00.00.
Take a gaming break
You can set a break for individual games, game categories or the entire PASINO Casino. The duration ranges from 24 hours to six months. It applies to PASINO; ending it early is only possible under certain conditions.
Voluntary gambling exclusion
You can request a voluntary gambling exclusion in your account under «Responsible Gaming» or through customer support. It applies indefinitely to Swiss casinos, online gambling such as lotteries and sports betting, as well as casinos in Liechtenstein.
The exclusion is not lifted automatically. You can apply to have it lifted after at least three months, provided the reasons for the exclusion no longer exist. The casino that imposed the exclusion is responsible for the decision.
