How to request a withdrawal
We transfer your balance to a bank account with a Swiss IBAN in your name. The account holder must match the name on your PASINO account. The minimum withdrawal is CHF 0.01.
- In your PASINO account, open the «Cashier» and select «Withdraw».
- Enter the amount and the IBAN of your Swiss bank account.
- Select «Withdraw» to confirm your request.
Once we approve the withdrawal, we transfer the amount to your bank account. For your first withdrawal, we need proof showing your name and IBAN.
How long does your withdrawal take?
Withdrawals are processed within one to four working days. Missing documents or additional checks may extend the processing time. Higher withdrawal amounts may take longer to approve.
You can find your previous payments under «History» in the «Cashier». If your money has not arrived after four working days, our customer support team can help. Providing the date and amount of your request helps us identify the withdrawal.

Before your first withdrawal, we need a photo or copy of a document showing your name and IBAN. This confirms that the receiving account belongs to you.
To verify your PASINO account, upload your ID and proof of address in the «Account» section. Without verification, you can withdraw no more than the amount you have deposited. Winnings above that amount are paid out only after verification.
Cancelling a withdrawal
As long as we have not yet approved your withdrawal request, you can cancel it under «Withdraw» in the cashier. The amount is then credited back to your PASINO account immediately. Our customer support team can also help you with this.
Deposit from CHF 10
Deposit in CHF with TWINT, Apple Pay, PostFinance, Visa, Mastercard, paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller or bank transfer. We do not charge fees for deposits.
Choose your payment method under «Deposit» in the cashier. Without a verified account, you can deposit a total of no more than CHF 1,000. We always use a bank transfer to your Swiss account for withdrawals, even if you deposited with TWINT, a card or an e-wallet.

Withdrawing bonus winnings
Your bonus balance is converted into real money once you have met the wagering requirements. For the welcome bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 35 times within 30 days. The CHF 10 verification bonus must be wagered 25 times within 30 days.
Winnings from the welcome free spins have no wagering requirements. Winnings from the monthly free spins are also credited as real money. These winnings are paid to your own Swiss bank account. Your PASINO account must be verified before you can withdraw winnings above the amount you have deposited.
If you want to withdraw your real-money balance before completing the wagering requirements, you must first cancel the active bonus. The bonus and any winnings generated from it will then be forfeited.

If a confirmed deposit has been debited but has not reached your PASINO account, our customer support team can help via Live Chat or email. Providing the amount, date, payment method and transaction number helps us trace the payment. A payment confirmation is also useful.
If a card payment fails, the amount may be temporarily debited from your bank account. Your bank will reverse the transaction; how long this takes depends on your bank.

Which documents do I need for my first withdrawal?

Without a verified account, you can withdraw up to the amount you have deposited. Winnings above that amount are only paid out after successful account verification.
Can I withdraw with an active bonus?
If a bonus with outstanding wagering requirements is active, you must cancel it before making a withdrawal. The bonus and any winnings generated from it will then be forfeited. Once you have met the wagering requirements, we convert the bonus balance into real money and you can withdraw it.
