Eligibility and player account
Real-money play is available from age 18 to people resident or ordinarily resident in Switzerland. An existing gambling exclusion or other prohibition from gambling excludes participation.
Only one account is allowed per person. Identity and address details must be accurate. The account may only be used by the account holder; login details must not be shared with other people.
Verification
Identity, residential address and eligibility to gamble are checked. An ID document, proof of address and additional documents may be required. Winnings above the amount deposited can only be withdrawn after the account has been verified.
Deposits and withdrawals
The minimum deposit is CHF 10. Deposits must be made using your own payment methods. Withdrawals are made by bank transfer to a Swiss bank account in the player's name and require casino approval.
Withdrawal requests that have not yet been approved can be cancelled in the cashier.
Bonuses and free spins
Each bonus offer has its own activation, wagering and expiry conditions. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met. If an active bonus is cancelled, the bonus and any winnings generated from it are forfeited.
Game rules and account closure
Bet limits, winning combinations and payout tables apply to the relevant game. If there is a dispute about a game result, you can submit a written query to customer support.
You can request account closure at any time by email or Live Chat. Any remaining withdrawable balance is transferred to a payment account in the player's name.
Swiss law and player protection
Swiss law applies. Disputes with Casino du Lac Meyrin SA are handled by the competent courts of the Canton of Geneva.
Personal limits and gaming breaks can be set in your account. Gambling can be addictive.
